Remember that covering certificates from ZfdP registered stallions must be completed and sent into the ZfdP office by 30th September.
On the covering certificates both top and bottom parts should be filled in with the top half then given to the mare owner and the bottom half sent into the ZfdP o0ffice.
Along with the covering certificates all stallion owners are also sent a Deckregister for each stallion and this should also be completed and sent in along with the bottom half of the coivering certificates.

There will be a British Showjumping assessor at Vale View E C on Saturday 27th August who will be doing Ridden Stallion Assessments.
The British Showjumping Ridden Stallion Assessments are for those stallions that have been graded by loose jumping, or for 4 & 5 year old stallions that have not yet been graded. In the case of these 4 & 5 year olds, a British Showjumping Ridden Jumping Assessment would qualify them for one year’s registration at the nominal fee (without the stallion surcharge), but they are then expected to go on to a full Stallion grading, at a Breed Society, before re-registration again the following year.
If you would like to have your stallion assessed please contact me at gradingzfdp@gmail.com by 20th August to book your place.

I would just like to say a big thank you to all the people who worked so hard to make this weekend so successful.
To Paul Wyatt and his exuberant team who worked so hard to prepare Ranby Hall, prepared the horses so well and made us all feel so welcome with their hospitality.
To Sally and Dave and their team, who had worked hard, despite some very inclement weather, to get Brackenspa, prepared so many horses for inspection and were so welcoming to all the visitors. A special mention must go to Dave for the fabulous viewing gallery added to the indoor school!
To Sarah and Graham for help stewarding and for doing lunch - Graham, can we book you again as doorman, you did a great job!
To Claire and her team of helpers who worked hard preparing Jackpots Stud and getting all the horses ready for presentation.
To Hans Britze and Patricia Fallows for all their hard work and for taking the time to visit the UK.
Congratulations to everyone who presented their horses over the weekend. It takes a great deal of hard work preparing and presenting horses for an inspection and it was good to see so many of the horses being well recieved by Hans Britze.
We look forward to seeing many of you again in August 2011 when the ZfdP will be hosting a full stallion grading. Please check back here regularly as full information will be posted here regarding venue, classes and all entry information.
